Most people today want a quick fix for everything; however life is a marathon and not a sprint, so things take time. When small steps are made daily with the right health coaching tips, a lot of progression is made long term. Starting small is the only way to achieve success on a larger scale!
How to start small to achieve a broader range of success:
First, think about what you want you end goal to be? How long will it take you to achieve this goal?
Second, start your goal on Day 1 after you have thought about your goal. If you don't start right away, you may end up putting off your goal and never have a chance of achieving it.
Third, write down your daily progress towards your goal. This can be done with a couple of sentences that takes a few minutes. So just try and keep it simple.
Fourth, be consistent with keep progress. The more results you see, the more you will be motivated to keep going!
Fifth, don't let other people try and bring you down and keep a solid mindset. Not everyone can be disciplined and focused like YOU are!
Sixth, reward yourself as time goes on. People who give themselves rewards for their own success will be able to stay with achieving their goals for a longer period of time.
Seventh, maintain your goals and even if you take a break go right back to it after your time off. This way you will still always make progress!
Last but not least, don't give up! Remember, things take time and will not happen overnight. Progression is a slow progress. People that stick with it will always succeed!
